Payment Terms:
Payment for services must be made in advance or as agreed upon. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or payment delays.

Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary documentation, and prompt feedback to ensure timely delivery of services. Delays caused by the client may result in extended deadlines.

Intellectual Property:
All content, software, designs, and code created by Digital Communique remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client for specific use as outlined in the agreement.

Confidentiality:
We respect client confidentiality. Any information shared with us during the project will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Liability Limitations:
We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of data or profits.

Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payments due for work completed.

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
